- RCRichard CanhaNov 26, 20251.0Absolute unprofessional Tropical Smoothie I have ever been to. Their posted hours are open till 9pm. They decided to close before 6pm and the app is still taking orders. When I arrive Im told They are closed and there is no way to refund me. The manager proceeds to tell me Ill have to file a dispute with my bank. Meanwhile there is a heavy set young female associate sitting at one of the tables screaming her opinions for me as a customer. Totally unprofessional. Update to this: Apparently the owner of this Tropical Somothie thought an appropriate solution to this was to send me a gift card with a balance to only buy myself 1 smoothie. So even if I decide I never want to visit another Tropical Smoothie ever I have no other choice. No refund to my card. Just having no other choice to get another smoothie. No regard to the time I wasted. Again, totally unprofessional.
