- JJJayOct 19, 20251.0Waited about a 45 min for a bagel with cream cheese. I stood at the register for about 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. I stood there for additional 10 minutes when I finally asked about on one item since I kept seeing people coming in after me leaving with their food. Then the kid threw down a bag and ran away. I had to ask 2 people if this was mine and nobody knew. It was mine but again nobody acknowledged the fact that I was waiting for this simple bagel for over a half hour now! They never made it. This store needs some serious help!! Customer service sucks and they all need an attitude adjustment!!
