  I came in on 4-11 around 7pm to get a chicken quesadilla and one of the workers thought I had said cheese only on the quesadilla so when I left the store and got into my car I realized there was no meat in the quesadilla so I went back in and they remade it without hesitation, even gave me a sample of the honey chipotle chicken! Very polite staff

  I want to take a moment to recognize the wonderful service my son and I received today at Chipotle, thanks to Curtis, the manager, and his great team. We came in for lunch and both ordered bowls. I usually ask for plain white rice because the lime rice can upset my stomach. When the young lady serving us checked with a coworker, she was told they could not use plain white rice, so I decided to skip my bowl and let my son continue ordering his. As we were getting ready to check out, I noticed Curtis and asked him about the rice. He immediately responded with genuine care and kindness. He apologized for the confusion. His professionalism, calm attitude, and clear knowledge of the menu and policies stood out right away. He was also very patient and supportive with the young lady who helped us, which showed the strength of his leadership. This was a short exchange, but it perfectly reflected Chipotle’s mission and commitment to excellent customer service. Because of Curtis and his team, my son and I were able to enjoy a simple but meaningful lunch together. Thank you, Curtis, for leading with integrity and kindness.

  Food great! Over all appearance of the lobby.. distasteful! Food all over the tables, ice machine broken, drink area just a disaster. Trash so full it was on top of the trash.. all the time I sat in the store not one employee tended to the lobby area where ppl eat. UNTIL I said something.. and they found it funny, including the manager ! So I get why the store looks as it does… unacceptable!!!

  Typically, I never have any issues with any of the chipotle locations. But today I ordered a vegetable bowl for myself and a burrito with beef for my daughter. After a few bites was chewing on something hard when I pulled it out of my mouth. It looked like a twig. A few bites later I’m chewing on the shell of an avocado, and then my daughter tells me that there’s barely any beef in her burrito. The fact that she only gets beef, rice, and cheese that means she is basically eating a rice and cheese burrito for $11. Mind you this was the only time that I actually left the tip on a pick up. It’s going to make me think twice about ordering from this location in the future.
