  I just placed an order, and it arrived incomplete, the pizzas were not the ones I ordered.

  There was like 5 workers it took around 3 minutes for them to take my order the crust is full of salt do not try the floor was dirty And the lights we dirty aswell

  Im in the heart of boston, I was going to order and make the 1hr trip here but based on the numerous 1 star reviews here, and with their full stories, it made me change my mind. Plus its freaking Everett! i will support the countless customers here by rating it 1 star too so maybe Pizza Hut can smarten up and open up a location in Boston/Dorchester. There's a taco bell in downtown boston and a pizza hut express in target at south bay. add a damn pizza hut there and maybe they can get my business. Otherwise, it seems pizza hut is not worth it at all

  Incomplete order the missing my extra tomato sauce. The charging for the sauce but is okay 👍 👌 maybe the was too busy. Thanks.

  Manager is HORRIBLE. My girlfriend got extremely sick after eating their pizza and asked for a refund. It took the manager 7 DAYS to respond, and it was one of their employees talking to us on the phone instead of the manager. Not the employee’s fault, but incredibly weird that the manager took forever to get back for a refund and just for an employee to get back to us. Incredibly incompetent, and I wouldn’t recommend this spot to anyone.
