  I ordered a quesadilla with no beans, but it came with beans anyway. The quesadilla was also very soggy and not fresh, which made it disappointing. Please pay more attention to customer instructions.

  He was horrible. He came so late. I understand today the weather is crazy and they were so busy but for real it is crazy cause like we wait for almost 3 hours.

  I had a very disappointing experience here. I clearly explained when ordering that I have a pork allergy and that I wanted a chicken gordita. I also waited about 30 minutes for my order. When I opened the bag, I realized it was beef, which I do not eat and did not order. I politely explained that it was incorrect. The woman at the register became visibly upset—huffing, puffing, and throwing things near the counter. There was no customer service or professionalism. She then took the gordita back and removed the beef and put chicken in it, which is not acceptable, especially when an allergy has been stated. That is a food safety and cross-contamination issue. I calmly explained this and asked for a refund. She refused and told me it was “my problem, not hers.” I was respectful and calm the entire time. I understand that the restaurant may have been busy, and it seemed obvious that she was overwhelmed and took it out on me, but that does not excuse unsafe food handling or rude behavior—especially when allergies are involved. This experience made me feel unsafe eating here, and I would caution others with dietary restrictions or allergies.

  Pésimo servicio al cliente. Fuimos a cenar con mi familia( incluyendo 3 niños) ordenamos la comida y en lo que preparaban la comida, una persona drogada tuvo problemas con la mesera con una orden, se estaban forcejando comida y él estaba armado. ( un martillo) Estaban llevando nuestra comida a la mesa y mis hijos estaban muy asustados, le pedí amablemente a la mesera que me empacara la comida para llevar. Enojada me dijo “pero porque qué ?que problema tiene con la comida, viendo que mis hijos están con miedo y yo estoy parado protegiendo mi familia todo el tiempo porque el hombre estaba por la puerta amenazando. Pésimo servicio al cliente. No vuelvo a ese lugar.

  This is the spot! I remember back when the quesadilla especial was only 10$ then everything got gentrified. Will miss this spot!
