  Las mujeres que atienden son muy desatentas. Yo llegue a recoger mi pedido y me veían ahí esperando y no me atendían. Pase casi 5 minutos ahí esperando que dejaran de hablar y me atendieran, y luego atienden de mala manera. 👎🏼 0/10

  Worst ever. Sat in line at the drive through for TWENTY MINUTES and no one even spoke to me so had to just drive around and can't even get out of line...!

  Very bad experience at this McDonald’s in Everett. At the drive-thru, the employee did not let me finish my order and closed it before I was done speaking, which caused my order to be entered incorrectly. I paid for three items (including a Happy Meal), but only received two. When I went back to fix the issue, the manager checked my receipt and confirmed the mistake, asking the staff to prepare the missing item. However, even after that, the order was still not completed properly. The Happy Meal was given without the toy, which is a basic part of the meal. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and slow to resolve the issue, causing delays and a line behind me. Very disappointing service and poor handling of a simple situation. I do not recommend this location.

  10 minutos esperando afuera y la orden lista, la veia por la ventana porque hice zoom con el celular, toco el timbre y el señor sale molesto, luego sale con 3 órdenes excepto esa le digo que es la mia y que llevo 10 minutos esperando y que estaba lista que porque no me la entrego y lo que dice es que la cancele si no quiero esperar, sabiendo que estaba lista

  I ordered unsweetened tea they gave me sweet tea and said it’s unsweetened I ask him try it the manager said would not try it I tell them I can pay for other one but they don’t have, excuse me? How can u sell me a sweet tea and said it’s unsweetened?
