  Delicious chopped chicken salad! Ronny was an exceptional server. Perfectly self aware, quick and well spoken. Service matters as management has a keeper with him!

  Way over priced for the gross bar type food you get. The chicken tacos were absolutely disgusting. Also ordered Cuban paid additional for soft stale taste tater tots. The potato skins were good

  Great customer service is so vital to any company, an amazing customer experience ultimately results in returning customers, and an amazing experience is exactly what we got when we went to On Deck last night and was lucky enough to have Ali as our server. Our experience at on deck from begging to end was so much fun it set my team up for such an amazing night. Ali from On Deck was exceptional. We had a big group of 16 people come to her restaurant and she went above and beyond in every aspect imaginable. If there was a 5 star rating option I would give Ali 100 stars. Ali was attentive, personable, and made us feel more welcomed at a restaurant than I have ever felt in my entire life. We went to encore for a team meeting with my company, and I would recommend going to encore and getting Ali as your waitress at on deck to any of my friends and family. It set up the evening on such a good note. The food was amazing, the word delicious does not do the food at On Deck justice, the drinks were on point. I could not thank Ali any more. I don’t write reviews that often but her customer service was so welcoming, warm and genuine that I had to take the time to mention her. Thank you so much Encore, On Deck, and Ali for an amazing evening. We will 100% be coming back in the future for another team outing. ONE MILLION STAR RATING!!

  Was not impressed. I have a diary allergy that I made known upon ordering, and my chicken sandwich came out with aioli and ranch in it. I was then told that the buns (all the buns they offer) have dairy in them. They offer an impossible burger and say it's vegan, but the buns aren't!! I actually ended up not eating anything because I felt so uncomfortable. I was getting a lot of "I think so" and "I'm pretty sure" which is honestly not good enough when there's an allergy involved. They also forgot my drink. I will say manager was very apologetic and comped my partner's burger. He said the burger was average, but the fries were good.
