  I come to this location every Thursday and have been ordering the same drink for many years — a large iced coffee with caramel and oat milk. Today, the employee took my order without showing it on the screen. I waited to see the total and confirmation, but she told me I was “all set.” When I drove up to pay, I noticed the manager standing next to her, and it sounded like she may have forgotten to enter my order. I had to repeat my order again. They both seemed to be joking around and smiling, which made me feel like my order wasn’t being taken seriously. After receiving the drinks, I tasted mine with my friend who was next to me. The employee said he made it correctly, so I didn’t say anything at first. However, when I handed the other drinks to my friends, they both immediately noticed it was not oat milk. One of us has a milk allergy, which makes this mistake very concerning. Because of this experience and the lack of attention to detail, we will not be ordering from this location again. Never order without a label and receipt.

  I don’t know why those who work here close before the time supposedly close at 8:00 p.m. but since 7:20 they are already closed. I come from far away to buy here. He looked at the worker there walking and didn't answer me. I also went around the Drive Tru and it doesn't attend me either and it's not the first time No sé porque los que trabaja aquí cierran antes de la hora supuestamente cierran a las ocho P.M. pero desde las 7:20 ya tienen cerrado. Vengo de lejos a comprar aquí. Miró al trabajador ahí caminando y no me atiende. Igualmente fui a dar la vuelta en el Drive tru y tampoco me atiende y no es primera vez

  This dunkins is horrible, they dont cook food long enough. Sandwiches always warm and not hot. Hash browns always soggy. Fire everyone and train good people ,they never listen ,always chatting and not working. Horrible horrible horrible

  Dunkin donuts breakfast sandwiches are always made fresh. $.75 is alot for a medium cup of ice
