- AMAryan mewada3 days ago1.0Requested to change the paper in toilet, said we are too busy. I waited for few mins but they didnt do anything. Worst customer service.
- CSCecilia Santizo5 days ago1.0I declare this the worst dunks of Everett, don't go here! Coffee is either burnt or really watered down. The hash browns are always stale and old, and service today was at it's all time worst. Waited 15 mins today with many other cars for our order and it never happened the woman behind me got tired of waiting and left, and I ended up doing the same. My family and I have been regulars here for many years because its the most convenient dunks to go to, and one day they unintentionally scammed my dad through the Dunkin app. When he paid with his phone it deducted the money but it didn't show them on their register that the payment actually went through. It took many phone calls and back and forth to finally get them to realize we were owed money. After many times of experiencing terrible service I am done. Please stop scamming people with trash food and beverages.

- AVAshley VicenteMar 4, 20262.0no complains about my order, however every single time i go the manager is there and always in a bad mood this time he was yelling at one of the workers and she was crying. causing a whole scene while this place was full also i know it’s winter but it’s literally like 100 degrees in there no joke i go in and out to order and the heat is already unbearable i mostly just feel bad for the workers who have to work in that temperature
