  Good evening, Taco Bell store, you are doing a great job! What's missing right now is for Taco Bell to provide its employees with salt to put on the sidewalks, as they are slippery and someone could get hurt. Thank you for your attention.

  Was disappointed on Christmas Eve during drive thru visit. I wanted to order the $1.49 small breakfast burrito.. I wanted to order 10 for a local autism centers teachers. The girl on the microphone said they did not have enough eggs to make them. Disappointed because these are so small and don't require much and her personality was lifeless. I do not normally write negative reviews, but it seems other people have the same issue (lack of food in supply) and encounter the same person. That's too bad. I bet that is why there is only 1 car (white) in the parking lot all the time. Bet if they had more food or a personality, they'd make more money.

  I ordered a crunch wrap delivered and the crunch wrap middle hard tortillas to make crunch wrap crunchy wasn't crunchy it was soggy so it wasn't enjoyed and I didn't taste hardly any taco meat in the crunch wrap I give their crunch wrap a 1 star everything else was tasty

  EASTON Taco Bell Did an online order. Drove up to pick up. It wasn’t ready. They said to come in. They couldn’t find the order but eventually did find it. So I’m 20 min deep on an order that should have been at the drive thru when I arrived. Annoying, but I remained courteous throughout, expecting to get my order done correctly. However, the real issue is I ordered two chicken burrito’s & I added extra chicken to each one. But, there was no chicken added to either one. In fact, there was much less chicken in it than a chicken burrito ordered without extra chicken. I called the manager - she said “Oh, sorry about that, I’ll tell the staff.” I said, “that’s it?” Sorry, no refunds for mobile orders. So no recourse for me - too bad so sad. 😂 I said I will not be back. And I won’t.

  So early in the morning and staff were so pleasant. Was a young gentleman at the window and on the speaker. He was so kind! It made my day!! You never know how much of a difference you make by being so kind. This review is written a few weeks after my experience. I'm posting it because of the current not so great reviews. Attaching receipt to show date & time. Maybe it'll show who it was. It's something I posted on my Facebook that day about my food being so good. Have a great day everyone.
