  I love taco bell so much but last night was not one of those nights. I had prom last night and after prom I as many kids so wanted taco bell with my friend. However upon arrival we got there at 1040 and the doors were already locked, which I can understand like I don’t because there was still 20 minutes but still so we went to the drive through as the workers had directed. While in the drive through it did take at least 8 minutes for them to finally take our order which I would get if there was a ton of people but there wasn’t it was just us and the car infront of us who only got two baja blasts. Then while ordering we only wanted two large baja blasts and three large nacho fries but when ordering the fries they were already out of them. I was so upset not being able to get them and with the whole having to wait for a while. Which also after our car there was a very long line of cars. I am so upset and really just wanted nacho fries.

  Don’t waste your time go down the street to Norwood because this is the second time I’ve come here and the second time they got my complete order wrong. I paid for a five layer burrito and the double beef. They charge me however much money and I get two rice and bean freaking burritos so I did not get what I paid for or even halfway there

  Went through this place three times on multiple occasions. First three were great the third one on Sunday April 12 2026 it was terrible. I went through and got a chicken cantina bowl, the manager never put it in the bag. She claimed she did, I showed her the bach and asked her to even look in my truck. Then the drive through worker told me to come inside so I stood out on the rain and cold for 10 minutes while everyone inside was looking at me and finally the drive through worker came and propped the door and told me his manager swears she put the food in the bag and she would have to check the cameras. I asked him what she was doing currently and he said "idk doing her own thing" he then told me "it wasn't worth it" to keep pushing the matter. I went back through the drive through and asked for my bowl again. The manager answered and She then kept repeating that she checked the cameras but did not show any footage to me because she knew she was lying. She then repeatedly called me a liar and told me to never come back after she remade my bowl. Which she purposely made wrong. I only had chicken rice sourcream cheese and beans with extra chicken and rice. I only left the drive through line as to not make the other workers under her have to put up with the scene any longer and Im working from out of state and I don't have time to waste on someone so rude and unbelievable.

  If I could give this "restaraunt" a 0/5 stars, I would. The interior is constantly dirty, and god help you if you need to talk to a worker because they avoid the front counter like the plague. The wait time for food is always at least five minutes even if you go through the drive through. The food itself is meh, provided it is made correct, which is about half the time. They forgot to put beef in my beefy 5 layer burrito, which god only knows how they forgot that, its in the name.
