Even after my boyfriend clearly explained it was his girlfriend’s order, the employee turned around and told another worker, “he’s stealing.” The restaurant was packed, people were staring, and it was extremely embarrassing and disrespectful. Accusing someone like that without properly verifying an order is completely unprofessional. This should never happen to any customer.
