As I walk in and approach the food service line, the crew member does not say “hello” or any greeting for that matter. After every scoop I said thank you and please and he continued with his blank and void expression. He made me uncomfortable so I stopped with the nicest and stopped talking. I asked for a wrap at the end of my order ( I didn’t know to order with my bowl I thought it was just like order chips, my mistake) the crew member abruptly told that was wrong. The store was empty I was the only person to order at the moment. No problem being told the rules to ordering. I just thought saying hello, having manners, and asking a person what they wanted would be the first thing out someone’s mouth. I was very dissatisfied with my service this trip.

The employees are barely present and get rude when you call them out for their lack of communication or professionalism.They run out of proteins and rice consistently. I’ve tried coming at different times, doesn’t help. I ordered from the app today and paid for double meat. I got triple rice instead and almost no meat. They need some adults behind the counter, these kids just don’t care.
