  Stopped to get a drink and snack at 530pm on a Wednesday- was told they aren’t serving any food (donuts were already removed from the case, no hash browns, nothing) because they are closing at 7pm - ummm apparently you don’t want to make more $ - smh - I don’t understand - didn’t even thank me when my drink was given to me - am I asking too much?

  I walked in to order a wake up wrap at 5:45 on a Tuesday and they told me they don’t make food because they close at 7 ??? Meanwhile, I drove right down the street to the one in Longmeadow and they had no problem serving me my wake up wrap. Who stops serving an hour and 15 minutes before closing, come on …. Please keep in mind. The guy that was in the Dunkin’ Donuts with me was ordering a sandwich that they were making for him.

  Keep on keepin' on. It's not an easy location. It's not and easy feat being a Dunkin in MA. Against the odds that are thrown at them, they do the best they can here. Thank you Dunkin Longmeadow near the crazy rotary.

  Very slow. Girls are more interested in chatting among themselves instead of waiting on people or getting orders prepared.
