  I’ve visited this Chipotle location multiple times, and unfortunately the experience has been consistently disappointing. One of the first things you notice when approaching the line is that many of the crew members appear frustrated or disengaged, which immediately affects the customer experience. It seems like this may stem from a lack of support from management. During my most recent visit, the manager on duty (a red head female) was largely standing off to the side rather than actively assisting her team, even as food items were running low. At one point—nearly two hours before closing—both chicken and steak were unavailable, which is a significant issue for a restaurant still serving customers. When we asked if it would be possible to receive chicken from the mobile order line, the request was initially denied without explanation. I politely asked to speak with the manager to better understand the reasoning or explore alternatives (such as placing a mobile order), but she was unwilling to engage in a conversation. Instead, she remained focused on checking food temperatures while we stood there without a solution. What stood out most was not just the lack of food availability, but the lack of communication and customer service. Even a brief explanation or an alternative option would have gone a long way. It was also noticeable that team members seemed frustrated when they needed her assistance, which further suggests a leadership gap. I’m sharing this feedback because this has been a pattern across several visits—not just a one-time experience. I hope management takes this seriously and works to improve both leadership presence and overall customer service at this location.

  I know it's very busy there and all the staff work hard but I ordered a salad, half chicken, half beef, and there was only the beef. It was delicious but not exactly what I ordered plus there were very few greens, in this salad.

  Would be Five Star based on the fast friendly service and good food Definitely a very busy location Whoever is managing this establishment needs to spend three man hours to clean thoroughly the dining room and bathroom, fix ice machine, clean drink and cutlery service Then the manager or franchise owner can say ok now this place is ready to serve

  I went to this location yesterday and was greeted with the friendliest staff specifically Chris. He made my steak bowl and gave perfect portions. The food tasted good and fresh. I would recommend this location!

  Just got a beef bowl and a chicken burrito. Bowl was so salty, I couldn’t eat it. Even the guacamole that I got on the side was too salty. The person waiting on me was very nice, but a co-worker came up to her and said not to make the portions too big. Weird thing to say in front of a customer. Never go back to this location after several disappointing visits.
