  I hate doing this because I used to work in food service and I know how stressful things can get and mistakes happen but genuinely this Dunkin location is not it. I frequent this location with my boyfriend often, and every time without fail, something from my order or his is incorrect or done poorly. For example I literally was there today I asked for an everything bagel toasted with vegetable cream cheese, I was given plain cream cheese, I ordered loaded hash browns I got very obviously old hash browns that were crunchy and sauce from the bottom of an empty bottle, which I saw the employee struggling to splatter on my hash browns. Mind you the loaded hash browns have the chipotle sauce, pretty sure cheese and bacon, which again all that was on my loaded hash browns was the chipotle mayo. If I’m paying for them to be loaded they should have all the toppings not just one, and if you don’t have all the toppings tell me that before hand so I don’t waste my money. Also generally every time we go here and order a bagel it’s either not toasted, no knife to spread the cream cheese or butter on is given, or when we explicitly ask for them to spread the cream cheese or butter on for us it never is. It’s just so obvious that this location is not paying enough attention or putting care into what they are doing. It’s obviously rushed and Willy nilly, I understand it’s Dunkin it’s not like a Michelin star restaurant but honestly it gets to a point. A mistake on every order I have ever gotten at this location is ridiculous. The only thing saving this location is that their staff is very nice and I’ve never had an issue there.

  refreshers are water down and they lie about having them pre made when no other dunkin’s pre makes refreshers horrible service they did nothing to try and fix there mistake never going back again!

  What is it with these Dunkin stores. There service has gone downhill lately. Just got back from visiting the store on Plymouth St. Missing from my order was a muffin. Waited three minutes to get a tray for three coffees. Seems I will have to unpack and inspect my order before driving away. How inconvenient to me and the customers behind me. But if that is what it takes sobe it.

  So unprofessional never get the order right. I asked for a egg sausage and cheese on a croissant they gave me just eggs and cheese. And I was missing 4 hash browns that i paid for.
