I sat there for 25 minutes for a black ice coffee and my receipt said black ice coffee! They stated it was an iced latte and it was not ! Doughnuts done ! Sausage egg and cheese done ! NO ice coffee the simplest one ! And if I waited it would have been close to 40 min for my black iced coffee. I left without it and they kept my money for it. I don’t think the staff could have cared less they were moving super slow while their line grew ! Worst Dunkin ever
