Ordered online and they let me put my order through but later told me they didn’t have a croissant and asked to modify my order. Then they placed an empty cup in the mobile order space without saying my name. I proceeded to wait 10 minutes because didn’t see a cup like what I ordered or hear my name. Finally went up to ask and saw the empty cup with a sticker and asked someone where they proceeded to tell me they didn’t have espresso. Didn’t offer to help change it or a refund just said “we don’t have espresso”. I eventually got a refund but it was not easy. Overall disappointing.
