    ⭐ Review of Dunkin’ – Alaska Airlines Terminal, Boston Logan Airport I’ve never felt compelled to write a review like this, but my recent visit to this Dunkin’ was so unbelievably bad that it actually brought back memories of other awful travel experiences and this location managed to embody every bit of that negativity. From the moment I stepped up to the counter, the service was an absolute disaster. While I was still in the middle of placing my order, the server Elizabeth (39292) literally walked away mid-sentence to go do something else. No “one moment,” no acknowledgment just turned and walked off. It was one of the most dismissive and unprofessional interactions I’ve ever had at a Dunkin’ or any airport food service location. It only went downhill from there. They messed up my order, overcooked the food, and failed to provide both sandwiches I paid for. And despite me clearly and specifically requesting decaf, they handed me regular coffee, which could have easily caused health issues. That level of carelessness is unacceptable. The bagels were stale, hard, and flat-out inedible. To say they lacked freshness would be generous. I truly wondered if anyone had checked them before serving them. It was nothing like the reliable, comforting Dunkin’ experience travelers expect. Between the rushed, dismissive service and the sheer incompetence on display, I honestly questioned whether anyone at this location has received proper customer service training, food handling training, or any supervision at all. This store is a terrible representation of Dunkin’s brand and one of the worst airport food service experiences I’ve ever had. We deserve better than this quality and professionalism should be higher than what I witnessed today. I sincerely hope Dunkin’ corporate takes a very close look at this location. Something is seriously wrong here.

    They didn't speak english well enough to understand my order. I didn't get what I ordered. The cook was talking on the phone the whole time she was preparing food, touching a personal item with the same hands she is using to prepare food. Do NOT go here

    I waited for 15 minutes for my sandwich before I asked and was told I wasn’t charged for it. But I was charged. Bad service.

    Best Dunkin’ iced matcha I’ve ever had. Well oiled machine in a gate surrounded by Starbucks with long lines (in enemy territory). Diamond in the rough.

    VERY RUDE AND NASTY HELP. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, BAD ATTITUDES, MAYBE IF THEY WERE FROM THE UNITED STATES AND NOT A FOREIGN COUNTRY, THEY WOULD HAVE MORE RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMERS.
