- RRRoss RobbySep 21, 20251.0I am a senior. I ordered a hot coffee at the register. The young tall boy there did not say one word, not even a fanting smile. Then I waited. After 10 minutes with no signs of life, I asked. The same guy, kind of upset with me, brought me a cold drink. Not a word. When I said I had ordered a hot coffee, he was even more upset. Not a word. Then he lectured me as there was a sign (which I could not see from the register area) reading PICK UP. He did tease me, not a single word, just pointing to the sign with his finger. Really an humiliating experience for a senior old professional to be lectured that way

We ended up just having to leave since it was clear that ordering a simple small coffee was going to take the rest of the day.

I went in at 7:43pm, for a small coffee, and he said it was shut down. All the donuts were already thrown out too, so even something that didnt have to be made wasnt an option. I get everyone wants to go home.. but atleast keep the donuts out. They toss them in the trash anyway!
