  I am a senior. I ordered a hot coffee at the register. The young tall boy there did not say one word, not even a fanting smile. Then I waited. After 10 minutes with no signs of life, I asked. The same guy, kind of upset with me, brought me a cold drink. Not a word. When I said I had ordered a hot coffee, he was even more upset. Not a word. Then he lectured me as there was a sign (which I could not see from the register area) reading PICK UP. He did tease me, not a single word, just pointing to the sign with his finger. Really an humiliating experience for a senior old professional to be lectured that way

  I've never experienced worse service at any Dunkin - we stood at the counter for at least fifteen minutes while staff ran back and forth frantically, doing no actual work, taking no orders, just running in circles and babbling on their phones. We ended up just having to leave since it was clear that ordering a simple small coffee was going to take the rest of the day.

  I went on New year's day and the man making my sandwich seemed drunk. He kept dropping things and was wearing an inside out shirt and what looked like pajamas. My sandwich was cold, the cheese was not melted I got a cold, untoasted bagel with a slice of unmelted cheese, cold egg and bacon. The man taking the order was very nice and professional though.
