  If there was an option to submit a no star rating review on a business I most definitely would. The customer service was absolutely horrible and poor representation of the business. Register workers were extremely rude for absolutely no reason completely unprovoked. The final straw was when the worker was calling out the food orders called my order and while he saw me reaching for the bag he chose to drop the bag on the counter in front of me instead of handing it to me. I fly through frequently and will never spend another cent on this establishment. I know it’s a franchise and based on the several poorly rated review with a similar complaint of extremely rude staff the business owner obviously could care less about appearance…so a word to the wise save yourself the stress and hassle and avoid stopping here. Flying is stressful enough no need to add unnecessary issues. Go to Starbucks across the way!!!

  Standing in line for 5 mins, no big deal. Get to the register and am Looking at the menu to decide what they have and order. Rude cashier says what can I get you , I said I’m looking at the menu, she said oh you don’t what you want, you can go to the back of the line. then I said I can’t look at the menu, then she told me To leave.
