I understand having bad days or the hassle of pressing down on a nozzle for whipped cream but pointing at the sticker on the drink asking me if “I’m able to read” while I pull up my order on my phone to show is not respectable or okay at all. I don’t know if it was because he was having a bad day, but leave that at the door. So glad it’s the final time coming here after moving away. I will say before this they were very pleasant. It’s just this one guy who has given me a bad experience and I hope he gets spoken to about proper and professional behaviors, and ways to handle situations where .50 of whipped cream is not an issue to fight over. :/
