  Came to DD at 7:19PM on 01/31. I took a sip of my Decaf Coffee and I immediately spit it out. It tasted and smelled like chemicals or sanitizer. I went back to DD to complain. Employee said there is a new employee that probably didn't clean out the machine correctly or wash it out correctly. I complained on the DD website and no one ever got back to me. This is so unprofessional. This has never happened to me.

  Workers are irresponsible and forget orders constantly, they got my drink wrong twice and never handed my food to me. Workers are also rude and dismissive

  On August 19th I called this Dunkins to find out if they were hiring and they absolutely were. I spoke with the manager and she told me the hours that were available, the exact hours that I needed is what she was looking for! Besides having positions available, her amazing energy was felt through the phone. I explained to her that my family and I are moving into a home maybe 2 minutes from this location so it really would be so perfect. She was so nice and told me to go in and fill out an application. That afternoon I went inside and was greeted by the sweetest, happiest, positive team member. I ordered my coffee and told her how her boss had advised me to fill out an application, she immediately became so proud and expressed to me how much she loves working there, how she loves the team she works with, how amazing the customers are and how she had an amazing kind hearted boss. I’ve worked at other Dunkins over the years and I’ve left a couple of the jobs because of hostile working environments, no teamwork, and bad treatment after just giving birth and returning to work 3 days after I left the hospital. My coffee was amazing, but the employee was even more amazing. I hope I do become part of this team. Keep up the amazing work y’all!
