    The best service I’ve ever had the lady was the nicest ever inside. Also Refresher perfectly the right amount of ice, nice sweet and the service was very fast. Only took him 30 seconds you need to come to the Dunkin’ Donuts the best ever and Dracut

    Customer service was sub-par and every employee seemed so depressed to be there. I couldn't eat my donut and completely forgot I had a drink for like 25 minutes into my hour drive, because I was so focused on how sad the crew seemed. I think it could be better with a little motivation there. I don't know. My drink was good, so thank you for that!

    The people here tend to be pretty nice but the food quality is some of the worst I’ve had at Dunkin’s. I’m not sure if their equipment is damaged or something but the eggs and bacon are always undercooked. They are seemingly always understaffed and stressed but I can tell they’re trying their best, I just wish the quality was better.

    Drive thru is usually really slow so that's not ideal. On the plus side, out of my last 10 orders thru the app, they only messed up one.

    Asked for a toasted bagel and this is what I got. My boyfriend’s coffee was awful and the munchkins we got tasted a couple days old. Disappointed usually this location is good but they need to do better.
