There was only one time when the drive thru was slow but from what I observe anytime I go, I’m pretty sure this particular location is consistently understaffed and has only one or two employees working which stinks if you have several customers at a time.

The old lady in front of the register had her entire head down in her phone scrolling. She would have not noticed my presence if I did not politely say excuse me. It happened to a guy that came in a few minutes after me also. Dont be surprised if this location shut their door one day. I have had it with getting this type of treatment from businesses thinking that paying customers are there to beg them for something. You got it all twisted, you have a JOB because we exist to buy your products. People with poor work ethic do not deserve a job.
- NSNancy StillwagonOct 21, 20251.0Yesterday I had walked in to get a coffee mind u this is not the first time it’s always happening the manager of this location is sitting watching TikTok not even taken my order it was a good 3 mins before I had said when u done watching that u can take my order this is an every other day thing when I go in there then got to wait 6 mins just for her to give me the wrong drink I am so tired of not getting good Dunkin’s in Douglas so I’ll be taking my service and money somewhere other then here she also had ended up walking out when it was really really busy on her other employees on Saturday when I was in there yelled that’s it I’m done I can’t do this and stormed out this is so unprofessional never coming back to this location again
