    Disappointed in this grocery store. I came and got two packages of the steak tips on sale for Labor Day. Spent around $10 on each package, and their sell by dates were four days after the day I purchased them. I got them in the early evening and planned to cook one two days later and freeze the other. The package I left in the fridge began to spoil, two days before the expiration date. I bought this to the store and they did refund it for me. Then I went home and thawed the other package. This one also spoiled immediately on thawing; unfortunately I can't really bring it back since it's now past the expiration and I opened it to sniff test it (which proved it was definitely spoiling, not just oxidized). I've never purchased meat at this Stop and Shop before and I never will again. Meat shouldn't be spoiling days before the posted date; I would not be surprised if the date was mislabeled, either intentionally or accidentally. I guess this is why they always had so much meat available on Flashfood all the time.
