When I asked him for help locating the bone-in chuck roast featured on the front of the weekly circular, he looked up from his phone, very annoyed, and said he'd call someone to help me. Five minutes later, when no one arrived, I asked him again. Still looking at his phone, still annoyed, he said he'd call someone. And finally, five minuted later, and for a third time, he was still on his phone as I told him nobody arrived. His response: they must all be on break right now. Next time: there's a Stop & Shop a few miles down the road.

Ended up speaking with the management team at Stat on River Street in Boston who not only understood the problem but addressed it and resolved it immediately. It’s so nice when problems are resolved perfectly. Will write a letter to customer service on Monday thanking Ian again. Tough job running a supermarket with so many moving parts and people. Thanks again for your help Ian.
