My son was still given the women's bathroom code, despite him asking for the code to the MENS room, and then I asked, and specified in Spanish, he needed the bathroom for men. The guy behind the counter proceeded to explain to his coworker we were having trouble to get into the bathroom and she then comes around the counter and unlocks the women's bathroom. Im even more frustrated because I had just brought my daughter who's recovering in a wheelchair into the woman's bathroom minutes prior.
