The staff are nice and they do a good job following your directions for items like burritos where you can specify a lot of your preferences. The wait times can get kinda crazy if you order at lunchtime, so I usually order online and then head over. Surprisingly, they have beer, wine, and mixed drinks, in addition to horchata and the usual options.
