  I normally don't leave reviews, but this was the first time I've experienced something like this. I came in to order a coffee and was not acknowledged by the employee working the front register during my visit on December 18th around 4pm. When I placed my order, she rolled her eyes and typed it in without speaking. After I paid with Apple Pay, she stared at the screen for an extended time and did not approve the payment until I asked if everything was okay. When I received my drink, it was missing the cold foam I paid for. I calmly asked if it could be added, and she repeatedly ignored me and talked over me saying "next," cutting me off mid-sentence. I was polite the entire time and honestly confused, even wondering if I had done something wrong. Another employee eventually had to step in and help me, which made it seem like this wasn't unfamiliar behavior. The cashier appeared very disengaged throughout the interaction, on top of being dismissive. I understand people have bad days, but being ignored and talked over multiple times is extremely rude and unprofessional. The lady didn’t want to give her name but she was short, asian with blonde hair. I just hope she doesn’t treat everyone with way. It was a super uncomfortable experience.

  I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts quite often since it is next to my job. Today was probably my worst experience at this location. I asked one of the employees if I could please have a tray and he proceeded to tell me “There are two drinks and you have two hands” I responded with “Yeah and I also have three bags”, he then proceeds to tell me that’s a personal problem. I told him I would tell his manager what he said to me, he says “She’d laugh”. Subsequently, he begins complaining to me about his work schedule… which sounds to me like the real personal problem. I told him maybe he should speak up for himself and also that he has horrible customer service. At first it seemed as though the interaction was just an unfunny joke but it felt tense and uncomfortable. I was not laughing. Please do better hiring at Dunkin. If you go to this location, don’t even speak to the unkempt looking dude that appears to be in his mid twenties.

  Went here to get a tea and coffee with a croissant . Why the mgt tried to give me a black burnt croissant. She said oh it ain’t burnt. It looks like Mike Black the actor. They made a new one do you want a piece of this croissant croissant with butter?
