- KSKatt SmithNov 15, 20251.0I have to be honest. They need customer service training up in there!! This is my 3rd time going there, and the doors locked,but they are open. I walked up to the -walk up window, and the Asian girl totally ignored me! She saw me try to open the door, and turned around! At the window, I waited. She made no eye contact at all. So I tapped on the glass. No response. No look. Nothing. I tapped again. I saw her making my Hash brown. So I yelled, "can I get my food!". She looked at me, grabbed my food, opened the window, and gave it to me. No good morning. No hello. No apology, no Nothing. Just a nasty attitude! I am still waiting for my coffee too. Mind you, this was a mobile order. It should've been ready! There was another black lady, she didn't speak. Just continued mopping. This is the 3rd time this happened, at this location. Customer service is important. Smile. Say hello. Good morning. Greet the people who keep you employed! Unbelievable. Yes. Customer service training is definitely needed.

A month ago I came by to pick up 1x Dozen of assorted and 1x Refreshers and 1x Shake Upon arrival everything was sold out and they could not give me a refund. Staff apparently don’t know how to refund. This is a franchise location so they don’t like giving refunds. Please be aware. District manager reached out to tell me to come in and she will comp me for my orders. I don’t go to Dunkin often and told her I just want a refund. She kept insisting to come in ands she will take care of me. I call the store and ask if I could pick it up. She couldn’t empathize with what happened and told me to wait for the district manager callback. She had terrible customer service and just told me to wait. Terrible business practices and service. Will not be going to this location. Don’t take my words for it. Read all the negative reviews this location has.
