My pizza came burned, and to make it worse, they used the wrong sauce even though I clearly selected the right one when ordering. When I called to the store and even went back in person to get it fixed. Instead of handling it when I can professionally, they remade 1 pizza and literally threw it at me when I came to pick it up. I’ve ordered from Domino’s many times before, but this kind of service is unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but refusing to fix them shows a real lack of care for customers. Definitely won’t be ordering from this location again.

And don't bother calling the store to complain. because they'll leave you on hold for 45 minutes to an hour before hanging up on you, then just ignoring your calls. And theyll fight tooth and nail to refuse giving a refund, despite the servers not knowing what they're doing apparently. The manager is very unprofessional, staff were preparing ready to eat food with no gloves, that breaks OSHA standards. I unfortunately didn't call them I placed a delivery through the app and it just defaulted. Don't waste your money here, order Papa John's down the street, this place needs to be shut down because they don't know what they're doing.
