  Food and drinks are made with excellence BUT their service sux 5am on Sunday supposed to be open but Instead of opening the door and or drive through we get started at with no response at door or window so they loose our daily coffee........... so so sad

  Went through the drive-through, they got my order wrong, gave me the wrong change, never acknowledged me as a person even though I said thank you multiple times. I didn’t get any napkins or feel like a customer during my entire experience.

  If you want to waste your money, this is the place to go!!!! I really try to avoid coming to this location. But sometimes life forces me to stop here. And every time I do I remind myself why I don’t come here. The customer service is awful. They are rude. No matter who is working or what time it is. They simply can’t be bothered with your order. Teeth sucking and all. Not one of them can make a decent Coffee. Again, doesn’t matter what time, or who is making it. It’s awful EVERY TIME. It’s almost a guarantee I have to have them remake it. And still doesn’t fix the problem. Just such a waste of money especially when I’m paying $8+ for one coffee. Don’t waste your time or money

  I ordered 2 dozen donuts, 2 Boxes o Joe and 50 munchkins on the mobile app, for pick up hours later. It looked like everything was ready when I arrived, except they didn't have any napkins? Loaded up and off I went- only to arrive without munchkins. I don't shop at Dunkin' Donuts (with good reason) so I didn't realize they were not included. No one answered the phone when I called, so I had to drive back over there. Also there were no stirrers with my coffee. Upon arrival they tell me they don't include stirrers in the Box o Joe set up. What? How TH are people supposed to stir their coffee? With their finger? Why do you not offer stirrers at pick up if you know they are not included? And when I ask for the munchkins- they tell me they don't have any. Why would you let someone walk out of your store and not mention, "Sorry we don't have any munchkins, we need to refund you." The place was an absolute zoo and the manager looked like she had no F's left to give since like, years ago. I got my refund, and am reminded once again why I avoid DD. Less than 1x in a year do I shop here because it's never correct, and I unfortunately have to be reminded every year- to not shop here. Who lets someone walk out of a store without the items they purchased? I understand that at the time of my mobile order- they may have had the items and were thus able to sell them. But to not say a word at pick up? The charge doesn't even happen until the order is retrieved. They had hours to refund the munchkins. They knew before I arrived. This is shockingly poor customer management / support.
