- PRPatrick RiceFeb 11, 20261.0Terrible customer service, after saying they were out of everything bagels and then telling me they had everything bagels, the employee audible screamed “AAAAAAAHHHH” through the mic, in frustration. When I got to the window, the employee did not say hello, but said “HEY!!!” In a very rude tone after I didn’t notice she was trying to give me my card back. On top of that, they got my order wrong, gave me the wrong crème cheese and then gave me real milk in my matcha when I asked for almond milk. Not sure what’s going on in there, but I know that nothing professional is.
