  I've been to different Chipotle locations, and some look dirty and the food doesn't taste the same. I love going to the Chipotle in Detham; the food tastes delicious and fresh, and the steak portions are very generous. The staff is very friendly and professional, the manager does a great job.

  First time to this establishment! The service and food was top notch! Friendly staff and fast service! Fresh food of course, whoever is running this chipotle is doing a great Job! Keep it up! 👍

  Extremely Disrespectful Staff & Unsafe Food Experience I visited the Chipotle at Dedham Mall. December 30th, 2025 around 6:00pm and had the worst service and most disappointing experience ever at a chipotle location. I ordered a bowl with steak, and the steak I was served was visibly red, chewy, and undercooked. I have eaten at Chipotle many times, including this location and never have I seen this happen nor how the steak is usually prepared. When I calmly asked an employee if this was really the steak, another staff member interrupted and dismissively said, “That’s how the steak comes,” which was not true based on my past visits, advertisements, and other people’s experiences. Instead of addressing my concern about food safety, she attempted to offer more of the same undercooked steak, which would not resolve the issue. The situation became worse was with the employee’s attitude. I stated I no longer wanted the bowl because I was uncomfortable eating food that appeared unsafe. I was told that it “didn’t matter,” that the bowl was already made, and that I had to pay the full price anyway. As someone who has worked in food service, I know customer satisfaction and food safety should come first, especially when food is undercooked. As uncomfortable and unsatisfied I was with the situation. I wanted to just pay and get out of there and leave this review. As I payed while still expressing my disappointment, she smiled in a mocking, dismissive way, as if the situation was a joke. This experience was unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location and strongly urge management to address staff training, customer service, and food safety standards.

  Oh wow it was so nice , the workers here were more professional and we didn't have to be bouncing around trying to figure out which was out plate , since in the other Chipotle that we went to a couple of days ago was seriously ridiculous and it started an argument with my self and another customer because he was trying to keep up with his dish because the workers kept switch spots . It was like a circus. One worker went to the front another came out of no where to take our oder , .it was so frustrating. My niece loves Chipotle and I'm not from here , so she wants to always eat at Chipotle. I told her find a different one because I will not go to the same one we went to the other day. So she found this one and it was such a delight. Place was clean , we sat down and enjoyed our food. There was no confusion with the workers on where they should be. No lie I really enjoyed eating here. I couldn't believe my niece's burrito. I said ," you going to eat all that?" She said ,"I always do." I was like ok , wow. Thank you to all the workers here that know what they are doing.

  The girl that took my order was very rude. I explained to her how I wanted my order and she still didn’t do it the way I want it so I had to repeat to her while she was doing my order twice so let her know how I wanted it, she looked at me and rolled her eyes. Then I proceeded to tell her what I wanted on the side and she walked away just rude.
