I love cava!! I go to cava at least once a week the one on Boylston St and the one in Lynnfield always have a great experience. My first time coming to this one in Dedham horrible experience… I wanted steak they told me it would be a 30 minute wait till I get the steak… however I got the sweet potatoes (the end of it) completely steal sweet potatoes.. rude staff as well.

Seems like from the reviews Delivery and Pick-Up aren’t the way to go here. I didn’t get much greens and no free pita on the side. After spending 30ish dollars I thought at least a free pita was worth it but nope just a small bowl of rice 😭

The staff was extremely rude and inconsiderate. We arrived at 9:45 and instead of getting us salad the manger told the employee in Spanish to tell us it was sold out. When it came to portions the manager took the spoon out of the employee’s hand and started removing meat from the bowl. I know you want to go home on time but also be considerate of paying customers. Imagine paying over $50 for a meal and feeling so disrespected. This is a work place. Employee’s should not be speaking Spanish infront of customers. Especially saying negative things about them.
On another note. Wilkin’s was very polite and respectful to us at the register. We would only return because of him.
