  Manager Natalie was incredibly RUDE to paid for the order online showed proof and would not give the food until I paid again. When I called to explained the card had been charged she gave attitude and made it seem like it was our fault. If you are the owner maybe you need to train or hire people that understand customer service and you would not have 3 stars on Google. Clearly I’m not the only one treated poorly

  Arrived a little bit early for my mobile order but, regretted it because six - seven walk- in customer orders were acknowledged and serviced before my already place and paid for sandwich. I've waited nearly 25 minutes before being seen initially my entire lunch break. This became frustrated as other customers noticed and observed. Once order was being worked on, the sandwich had to have substitutions as not everything was available.

  Hit or miss with this place. I'll be going down the street to Jersey Mikes who is more consistent in their food quality and has better portions. Today's sub had the driest bread - it crunched like toast and had a burnt taste to it. Staff is cool, but theres no way Im paying 15 or more dollars for a meal with bread as crunchy as the doritos.
