  My colleagues and I placed a large order of deli platters for an office luncheon. Everything was fresh, delicious, and well presented. I would like to share a special thanks to Tracy in the Deli department who was extremely helpful with placing the order and Ryan who went above and beyond to assist me with picking up the order, cashing out, and loading the order in my car. Please share our deep appreciation with these outstanding team members!! Excellent customer service from start to finish!! 😊

  Sucks to see they don’t have anything in place to limit their employees on waiting for Pokemon vending machine to restock and buying everything out of it. Cynthia held up a line and bought out the entire machine.

  Shaws has been my go to store for many years. But over the past few months the quality and service just isn't what it used to be. Most of the canned goods are dented and boxes crumbled while marked at full overpriced. Most of the workers are standing around doing nothing, seem to not care about quality or customers. Never any registers open. I shop here because it's close to home but considering going somewhere with better value if it doesn't improve.

  This grocery store is so close to my house and sells alcohol, so it seemed perfect for a quick stop. The cashier was extremely unprofessional. I am 22, It is totally expected to be asked to show ID, however I don’t appreciate extra comments about the way I look, or if they think I’m trying to get alcohol while underage. I went with my male friend and we had different orders. The cashier assumed we had the same order and was incredibly rude and dismissive, and it was undoubtedly charged by the fact that I was a young woman paying for my own things. Maybe they should teach their cashiers a little professionalism and customer service. I’d rather go to a liquor store, at least they ask for my ID and don’t go on about how young I look or assume a man is paying for me. This encounter really upset me and put me off from coming here for ANYTHING, let alone alcohol. Thanks for making the process uncomfortable even after realizing I was actually of age ✅ just because the cashier is older than me does not mean she can be disrespectful and rude. Young people do not have to be talked down to, she treated me as if she was my mother catching me in trouble when I’m an adult who is buying a product like everyone else.

  Hello. This was by far the worst online ordering I've ever experienced. When I arrived at the airport in Boston, I had several text messages regarding substitutions (at least 5) for unavailable items and another saying I had a certain time limit to respond. When I clicked the link on the app on WiFi I was brought to a blank screen. Then I tried off WiFi and received the same result. I then replied HELP in the app and was provided with a phone number. When I called I was brought to a recording and had to take several steps to get to a person and then it was very staticky and the person in the phone could not hear me. Again, thinking it was my service I asked my husband to call for me as he was on WiFi at our home, he received the same result, the line was all static. I also emailed with no response. I was so stressed about not being able to contact anyone and the substitutions and no link working. When we arrived at the hotel I again tried the links, nothing! I'm very disappointed.
