  Service was decent enough but seemed miserable, and the food was really not good. The Steak and Cheese was okay but the boneless wings were overcooked and looked more like chicken nuggets. The Tenders were absolutely terrible and nearly inedible. Several other places around that are far better. Avoid this one.

  I’ve tried this Buffalo Wild Wings over and over and yet the food is rarely hot (lukewarm at best) and nine times out of ten, my drinks are missing from the order. The time before last, I had a bad experience and called them to let them know. They proceeded to tell me I would get a refund and have yet to receive that refund to this day. Last night, we ordered delivery. The boneless wings, fries, and Hawaiian roll sliders (extremely overpriced by the way) showed up cold. The sauces that we ordered on the side were all mislabeled as well. Don’t even get me started on the “limited time only Hawaiian roll sliders.” Mid. I could get sliders at a gas station that were 1. Hotter and 2. Had more flavor. They were extremely dry and since they had forgotten my drinks (AGAIN) I had nothing to wash it down. Therefore I had to choke down those mediocre sliders. I’m not sure why I keep ordering when I continuously have a bad experience. And no, I didn’t call for a refund since I’ve yet to receive one for last time as well.

  Usually have a great experience at this location but our waitress took a unusually long time to come back to our table for the check and the to go order also took longer than usual to come out and then when the order was taken home it did not have the sauces we asked for but still got charged for.

  First impression, very good! There wasn't a ton of people, but a decent bit. It didn't feel overcrowded, and it didn't take too long for my food to come out! Monica was VERY attentive, talkative & personable!! Absolutely lovely. I'm not typically a huge buffalo wild wings fan, but I had a birthday reward to redeem. Monica's service has convinced me to come back and sit at the bar again some time!!

  Bad time today. Sat at high tops near the bar. Service was a little slow at first but we got our drinks and placed an order. Company was good and the game was on next thing you know it’s been close to an hour and no food. People around us were fed. Waitress never even checked in to let us know what was up. Finally flagged her down and she kind of shrugged, as if this was the norm. We cashed out on our drinks and left However I did speak to the manager on the way out. Met with similar indifference. “Oh I’ll pay your check”. Thanks but we already cashed out. I mentioned that the dining room was only about half full (also this is NCAA weekend) and the manager said “well, take-out was busy”. Here’s an idea. Don’t take any more take out orders until the people IN the restaurant are served? Or stop by the table if you know you are backed up and apologize and offer to buy us a round? This isn’t your first weekend people - no excuses. My advice? Go ANY where else for average wings Update. Even more comical is their AI generated corporate response: Thank you for contacting the Buffalo Wild Wings Support Team. We apologize for the unsatisfactory service that you experienced at our location and thank you for taking the time to alert us of your concerns. We value feedback of this nature and will be addressing this with the location that you visited as soon as possible.
