  And this location at 4:30am and there isn’t anyone there. They advertise this location being 24hr, so why is there no body there? Ended having to cancel the mobile order.

  I go to this drive-through a lot because it’s close to my home. Many times I wonder why because it takes forever.They made a mistake on my mobile order, had a topping on it that I have a sensitivity to and instructed to leave off of it.Took one bite out of it before I realized. Got home called and Woman who answered didn’t respond after I told her what happened. Must have put the phone down and just chose to ignore me. I could hear them all talking in the background. I was pissed off, so I drove over went inside with the item mind you there were only two other people inside and I stood at the counter for a long time. They saw me and chose to ignore me. Finally a woman who I assume was the manager came over. I told her what happened and she didn’t say a word to me of any kind. In fact, she looked totally annoyed with me. She took the item out of my hand went to the back spoke Spanish to someone, threw it in the trash and then gave me a new item and just shoved it in my hands. Some of the rudest, most unprofessional people I’ve dealt with in a long time. I work in customer service. If you make a mistake at the very least you apologize and you make things right. Never mind how long you have to wait in the drive-through every time you go there. I won’t be going to this location again.

  Ordered a Big Mac. Received a burger with only an obscene amount of mayo. No Big Mac sauce. Who would eat this? Disgusting
