  Hands down the best dunks on the north shore. Mainly because the food is always good, ive never had a bad experience. Cleanliness, and kindness go a long way. One of the best run dunks ive seen. Thank you to the amazing staff

  They almost always forget the chipotle aioli on my sandwich. This is a Dunkin we frequent and about every time we go there's something wrong. And it always happens when there's this one lady there. One time we had a mobile order placed and they said it was "a big order" it was two drinks, a bagel, a sandwich, and a few donuts. In reality they just needed to make two drinks and a sandwich. Most of the customer service sucks but sometimes there's one girl that is pretty nice and can fix things pretty fast that the others messed up. Last time we had an order they got almost all of it wrong. Two drinks, and two sandwiches. One drink was a frozen coffee. They didn't put the stuff of on top. When we asked them to, they forgot the drizzle but we left it. The second drink they almost completely forgot and they messed it up and made the wrong one. The first sandwich they got. The second one was wrong. When we realized this we went inside. My drink was remade. They redid the sandwich and then I got it and found my chipotle aioli wasn't on it. They added it. We were there a lot longer than we should've been. Didn't even do anything to make the situation better. They don't really have their crap together at this Dunkin.

  Staff is very rude like 6 women working at least half just standing around gossiping when I was handed the wrong order and explained it was the wrong order everyone walked away i honestly left also why have the mobile and delivery order pick up in front of the door the employees use an employee bumped me with the door and didn’t apologize.

  By far the worst Dunkin donuts I've been to. Save your money and go the extra two miles to the next one. For a week they'veade the coffee wrong. The sausage, egg, and cheese croissant I bought the other day was still cold in the middle. The people behind the counter can't speak English and are very pompous about it. I was told that it doesn't matter if they speak English and to get used to it in this country by a regular that followed me out the door after I stated that I couldn't understand the woman behind the counter and then said that I should die, someone should shoot me, and I should be killed. Don't go here, it's not worth the headache. The afternoon crew seem to be a little better, but they still don't speak English well.

  Love their coffee - both hot coffee & frozen coffee Breakfast sandwiches are good & reasonably priced
