  Came in today for a quick a lunch and noticed a strong, nasty, sewer like smell that made it very hard to want to sit and eat. I understand things happen but if there’s plumbing issues maybe during non operational hours something can be done.

  This store blows. Instead of making sure the dasher is following procedure they just let them take off with my order. I had to call 6 times for someone to answer just to have them tell me “there’s nothing they can do” for a cup of mac & cheese and chips and queso…. Ohhhkayyy. Great customer service 👌🏼 You guys sucks.

  Fries served were old, dry and reheated. Fries were replaced in less then 3 minutes. Why serve a customer expired fries if fresh ones were almost ready. Restaurant was empty on a busy sports night. Probably not go back.

  Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. The place was practically empty, yet we were left waiting over 30 minutes. Then another 20 minutes passed with zero service. When the food finally showed up, it was cold, sloppy, and clearly thrown together without care. Everything was late, unorganized, and no one there seemed to care at all — it honestly felt like the staff had given up on the place. Complete waste of time and money. Do not visit if you looking to have a good time, they will spoil it.

  I had ordered from them at 11:10 which is 20 mins before last call for an asap pickup order as soon as my card had approved it popped up pickup asap for 11am so confused i had called the store. Someone picked up and took my info and said it was an app error that happens sometimes but my order was actually ready for me to pickup so i head there. On my way there about halfway i get a call from a manager stating my order actually was never done and wouldn’t be til the next morning mind you its almost closed and almost nothing else is opened anymore so they offer me a 25 dollar gift card if i show up or which didnt even cover my order total of 32$ Needless to say i didnt waste my gas to pickup the giftcard and they said the morning manager would contact me for my refund. I will be disputing the charge as i was never contacted and feel they just wanted to shift my issue onto the next shift manager to go home. It was handled very unprofessionally and based on the other reviews i see it happens way too often. Update: The company responded by telling me they reached out to the restaurant I had the issue with after they had already failed to resolve the issue or even reach out which I had mentioned to them in my complaint. I have since recontacted the company and I still have 0 response or refund for my order. Stay away from this restaurant or risk not getting your money back. Ive had to dispute the charge and now have to wait 90 days to get my refund.
