- KHkeiny hughesJan 26, 20261.0Last summer I stopped by to buy a drink, I was in line while someone that looked like a manager was helping the cashier, once the manager walked away the cashier started to help her customer while talking to a coworker in portuguese, the problem was not that she was speaking in another language, the problem is that she was talking bad about other customers that were in line with me, the man in front of me got frustrated with how long was taking so in Portuguese she said to her friend "why doesn't he goes to another location? we are busy". I am placed my order in portuguese since she was speaking in portuguese, after I paid she said to her coworker " who does she think she is? didn't even say good morning or anything... " needless to say that I felt mistreated and will never go back to that location. ( I wasn't rude, I was just straight to the point. asked for my beverage and paid for it )
- TNTiff NguyenDec 24, 20251.0Do not recommend this location. I placed a mobile order on 12/08 around 5:00 PM and asked a simple question to confirm my drink size because the cup looked different. The employee laughed at me and treated me poorly. I was already having a bad day and just wanted one drink to cheer me up and this interaction made it worse. The morning staff is usually very kind, but the night shift is consistently rude and unprofessional. Basic respect goes a long way.
