  I tried to try the new banana matcha and I have tonsillitis so I prefer drinks with no ice. I asked for no ice and was refused to order my drink that way. She said the company will not allow her to make drinks with no ice. I have no idea that her name was because we sat there in silence for 10 minutes, only getting a response after saying hello. But that was the worst service I’ve ever received in life. Don’t come here!!!

  Hands down the best dunks on the north shore. Mainly because the food is always good, ive never had a bad experience. Cleanliness, and kindness go a long way. One of the best run dunks ive seen. Thank you to the amazing staff

  They almost always forget the chipotle aioli on my sandwich. This is a Dunkin we frequent and about every time we go there's something wrong. And it always happens when there's this one lady there. One time we had a mobile order placed and they said it was "a big order" it was two drinks, a bagel, a sandwich, and a few donuts. In reality they just needed to make two drinks and a sandwich. Most of the customer service sucks but sometimes there's one girl that is pretty nice and can fix things pretty fast that the others messed up. Last time we had an order they got almost all of it wrong. Two drinks, and two sandwiches. One drink was a frozen coffee. They didn't put the stuff of on top. When we asked them to, they forgot the drizzle but we left it. The second drink they almost completely forgot and they messed it up and made the wrong one. The first sandwich they got. The second one was wrong. When we realized this we went inside. My drink was remade. They redid the sandwich and then I got it and found my chipotle aioli wasn't on it. They added it. We were there a lot longer than we should've been. Didn't even do anything to make the situation better. They don't really have their crap together at this Dunkin.
