The avocado is watery, the utensils are is a mess, the floor and tables are dirty. The staff is just running around without any process. Waste of an amazing location. Go learn from the Starbucks next door.

Did not want to wait longer for something that might not be able to correct. Kids running restaurant with managers sitting talking. Not sure how a restaurant that was just built and opened could have such dirty bathrooms. I used the last of the tiny bit of paper. And dining room not clean anywhere either. Dirty tables and drink area. Customer came up during checkout and ran arm across my food also. Just not good day at chipotle. My delivery from this location has been good but after this visit I may second guess my order.

I was very disappointed with my experience there. The kitchen and dining areas were very dirty. There was food everywhere. I don’t plan on stopping again unless I see reviews that show it’s been cleaned up. Management needs to address the uncleanliness.

It is a shame, as the new location looks good, but the business will not survive unless the staff changes.

First time we ordered from here I got a quesadilla on the app, they forgot to put the quesadilla in the box…just the sides. Had to drive all the way back and the guy didn’t even care, he just slowly remade it, didn’t apologize, and gave it to me wrapped like a burrito. I thought I’d give it another shot, but tonight it was just as bad. My online order took 10 min longer than the already long wait time the app estimated, and then they forgot the chimichurri sauce, put the wrong meat in both burritos, double wrapped them poorly (completely fell apart and we had to eat them as a bowl) and then barely covered them in tin foil. This location really needs to get their act together.
