  I ordered $13 worth of food at drive thru. The cashier charged me $23 (it was the order for the car behind me) the window quickly shut so I didn’t have a chance to correct him. When he opened up the window I told him my order and he worked with his manager to correct my charge. I reviewed my bank account and they ended up charging my card again instead of crediting it. I was extremely understand and patient at the window, but after reviewing my bank account I’m annoyed.

  Customer service is crap. If you don't like your job, then leave. Your job IS dealing with the public and if you can't do it, then quit.

  This is most definitely the best Wendy’s I have been to. The manager even came over to check on us and ask how our food was. The bathrooms are spotless and so is the dinging area. The lemonade is delicious and all the employees are lovely.

  This restaurant is probably undersized for the demand there is here for a restaurant that is not McDonald's. The lines are long, and I think every time I go here my burger comes out raw, presumably because staff are rushed. That is not the way to go about this. Rare is fine with steaks and back yard grilling, but with mass produced burgers it does not give me the best feeling. While the staff feel like they are trying hard, they also are in need of some assistance- maybe a larger cooktop surface, maybe more staff to help with thawing and prep work, maybe during peak hours and especially once the whole plaza opens, as the line blocks the drive every single time I am there. Also, the driveway area needs some directional arrows so people know not to block the exit lane on the right. Out of the 7 times I have been here, 5 of them had undercooked burgers, with twice being nearly raw. Often the outside is brown while the inside is red and cold. Every time has long, long lines. Sometimes it gets better, but not usually.
