Unfortunately it took 20 minutes to get a large chili with cheese. 15 minutes waiting to order. The clerk was cold and very unhappy. When I finally got the chili I asked for crackers and was told "we don't have crackers". Not that they were out but that they don't have them. That's all. No apology, nothing. Very upset with the experience and will never go back.

Quiet pretty quick service inside could be a little better but theyre not terrible. They have automatic dine in machine so they dont really take orders which is annoying.

Service as always sucks, always a long wait, rude employees, never have items, funny when you bring up a concern about a refund you as the customer doesn’t get your receipt. Piece of advice, if you don’t have something available post it instead of wasting the Customers time and patients. Place is a damn joke
This by far was the worst Wendy's Ive ever been to. The Manager was a real jerk and the staff didnt listen one bit. I ordered a Daves Double, Ketchup, Mustard, Cheese. Simple right? Clearly not. I got a Daves Double with random ingredients I cant identify most of. Mayo, RELISH?! and many other things. I take it back and complain to the Manager who makes a new one. I am handed a Daves double with HANDFULS of ketchup on each of the burgers, buns and inside the wrapper and mocked to my face. I immediately complain and want my money back and I am told No refunds given a 3rd burger and this time its worse. It now has bacon, what looks like hand lotion or Mayo, relish again. Some other various other items and smashed together. I dont know who I need to talk to but this is Unacceptable. 3 times? 3 times cant handle simple order then your workers get pissy with me? Never again.

i’m not the type to write reviews, and i have a large patience scale for the people who serve me, especially regarding food but this was absolutely wild. i placed a mobile order at this location around 9:30pm monday night, (2/23/26) and when i arrived i waited about ten minutes before getting to the speaker (no problem, busy night which i absolutely understand because i also work in customer service. at the speaker there were no problems, but upon arriving to the window they informed me they had no frostys, which was apart of my order so they asked if i’d like anything else. i tried to see if they had other dessert options but they were out of cookies, so i told him it was absolutely fine, i could just get the money back through the app. after a couple more minutes, he starts yelling at another man, walking in the drive through toward the window to presumably change a wrong order. Still, even though i was at the window and there was an entire other person being waited on, was entirely fine with the situation and continued to wait. finally our food was handed off and i made the mistake of not checking the bag before pulling out. (maybe this part is my fault yes, but i didn’t want to hold up the line even longer) we get three feet away from the window before realizing our order is wrong and we’re missing three components from our order and the line wrapping around the building, so we decide to call and see if we could come in to sort things out, still, entirely calm and willing. We drive around , nobody opens or is around the first door so we try the other one on the opposite side, no one still. we were waiting on this for 10+ minutes, and the entire walls are glass, nobody was around at all. so i called again while leaving to let them know they really need to get it together, and the employee rudely tried to inform me he was in fact waiting by the door, which i can assure you, he was not. i just truly hope this place improves, not everyone i spoke to was necessarily rude, but many were. Please improve not only for your consumers but also for your truly good employees who do their job well.
