  The kids in the drive-through are extremely rude & have no common sense. I ordered a plain taco with just hamburger and the response is what do you mean? They all have hamburger I gave them a second try, I was met with the same confusion and rudeness. The only good review on here are from the employees the manager needs investigating

  I love the gentleman that works in the morning, if I recall correctly his name is John :) he’s so sweet & kind. I have no idea how someone can provide such extraordinary customer service so early in the morning. I hope he has the best day ever & receives the recognition he deserves!

  We waited in the drive thru for at least an hour on Saturday night. One of the employees left for what looked like a break, with 8 cars in the drive thru and a store full of customers. They were not diligent about getting the food out. Once we got to the window of the drive thru, we stared at our food before having to honk the horn for them to give it to us. They were inside talking. When we got our food the food was stale and cold. Not sure who the manager was this night but that was the worst customer service ever. The service here is in a deplorable state, hire some youth who actually want to work and be good at their jobs. Have some pride in what you do. There is one manager who used to work here who was great, get them back.
