  McDonald's is always a go-to for me when I need a quick meal. The fries are perfectly crispy, and the staff is super fast! I can't resist those McFlurries either!

  This McDonald's is a hit or miss and I do visit a lot of McDonald's, and I know what it should be and what I expect. So my order was almost $30 probably more but I was upset for one reason only, I was parked because they were waiting on Wraps. Ok I parked, I do not mind doing that. Now this is the upsetting part when I got my food after I waited the food was all warm like it has been waiting, the fries were soggy, the wraps weren't fresh because the chicken wasn't hot, but the tortilla was cold, the nuggets were warm usually when they are good my grandson does the yum yum sound in the back seat but he didn't even eat the fries. He's comment was "what happened to the new donals can we go to the fun one they always give me hot food." He's referring to the one with the playplace on the other end of Memorial Dr. My other grandson ate his 2 cheeseburgers plain, but he did not eat the fries. So that's 3 meals because my grandson graduated the HappyMeals stage. So is a waste of money when fries go down to the trash because not even the pitbull wanted them. Please correct this.

  The dining area was filthy and the employees were kind of rude and barely spoke English.

  Waited 20 minutes for 2 fish sandwiches that I ordered with mobile app. Worker had an attitude that it wasn't his problem because drive through was busy. Unbelievably unprofessional.

  Ever since the staff rotated here 5-6 months ago the service has become really bad: - On more than one occasion I was standing there for over 9 minutes waiting to place an order while some staff were just standing there on their phones doing nothing - Specific staff members barely speak English and they struggle to take your order, I've gotten the wrong order on multiple occasions. Even after being extremely clear and precise with what you want in your order, they still give you the completely wrong item and items will be missing. E.g. if you order a bacon egg & cheese mcgriddle with an orange juice, they will give you a sausage cheese mcgriddle with no orange juice, and you have to wait for another 4 minutes to ask for your missing orange juice. - I've received mcgriddles with cool / room-temp bacon before. It's gotten to the point that I'm likely not returning to this location anymore, I shouldn't have to inspect every single item in my bag every time I place an order. This isn't just a one-off occurrence, this has happened numerous times.
