  I waited for an hour for my food. Just for them to have it on a counter. They do not do curbside, pickup, like they advertise. Got a cold burger and would not remake. They are very lazy people here.So plan on being here for a while with cold food.

  Their timing is off and they always want to park someone because of their timing. I said I don’t mind waiting and they say “well we have to park you cause our numbers”. I have nothing to do with that. Plus no one else was in the line. Just for the food to be nasty and cold anyways. The worst. The sandwich had the wrong sauce and the snack wrap was all wrap and one mini chicken. Like a chicken nugget wrap but mostly wrap and sauce. Fries cold just like the sandwiches.

  Ordered a large French fries through the mobile app. Came up to the window and they told me to pull up and I waited 15 minutes for a single large fries order. When it finally came they messed it up by not doing extra salt

  I've been working in the area for the past 4 years. At first the service was quick and accurate. For the past two months the service has been EXTREMELY SLOW and when I've gotten my order it's been all wrong. They always forget something or make the sandwiches ALL WRONG. I normally wouldn't complain but the service has been really bad. I see people just leaving from the drive thru, including myself when there is just one car in line. I have attached a picture of what's supposed to be a steak egg and cheese on a bagel. Went there a second time a week later still same kind of service The girl at the window was on her cell phone and they gave me another sandwich that was not what I ordered I don't know who the manager is there but they need to train their workers better and show them how to do a correct sandwich it doesn't take a lot. Also the coffee cup lids don't stay on and if they are on it leaks every time you take a sip. Law suit waiting to happen.

  Upsetting how terribly slow the service is, especially for being just off the highway. I have ordered on the app and waited 20 minutes with no one else in the drive thru for nuggets and McChicken. They must cook one nugget and one fry at a time at this location. Always being parked or asked to pull ahead to wait. The people aren't rude, but it's definitely not "fast food"
